It's a beautiful Sunday .. and guess what its's snowing too!!! For that good reason how about I give you tips on how to make the perfect turmeric latte. Turmeric is known for so many health benefits, but that talk is for another blog.
So where do you start? Here are the key ingridients you will need.
Add almond milk into a saucepan, chop up an inch of the turmeric and ginger. The size of the turmeric determines how strong your latte will taste. Add the turmeric and ginger to the almond milk. Stir or use a frother, add pinch of pepper.
Once it's warm, pour out the mix into a cup, add 2 teaspoons of honey & stir. Add more pepper for a beautiful latte frothy look.

So I gave up coffee some years ago, become a herbal tea fantastic fanatic. Still am a big herbal tea lover, but my favourite remains a normal green tea, sometimes with hint of lemon.
