Is being vegan the answer to good health?
First things first here is my full disclaimer, I am not a doctor nor have I got a scientific background.
Now let's begin, this is more of a open debate whether being vegan is the answer?
I have a read a great book Body Mind Balancing by Osho, which to some degree has nearly convinced me to become a vegan. Are humans made to eat meat? Taking into account the animals experience fear, powerlessness .. before they are slaughtered. Do we absorb all bad poisons (energy) once the meat is cooked and on our plates? Sorry, I know if you are vegan this sounds way too revolting.
Ok so that's one side to the story, you become vegan, you feel lighter, healthy....& guilt free.
It's a beautiful Sunday .. and guess what its's snowing too!!! For that good reason how about I give you tips on how to make the perfect turmeric latte. Turmeric is known for so many health benefits, but that talk is for another blog.
So where do you start? Here are the key ingridients you will need.
Add almond milk into a saucepan, chop up an inch of the turmeric and ginger. The size of the turmeric determines how strong your latte will taste. Add the turmeric and ginger to the almond milk. Stir or use a frother, add pinch of pepper.
Once it's warm, pour out the mix into a cup, add 2 teaspoons of honey & stir. Add more pepper for a beautiful latte frothy look.
