So I'm sure for the U.K the Eurovision is our guilty pleasure even though most of us know how this Euro music competition is stirred up with politics.
This year however, Lucie Jones the U.K representative performed amazingly and her vocals were just immaculate. To add to it was very kind of Australia to award us with the 12 points and unfortunately got knocked back down with the very much confusing final points award system.
I also had the pleasure to support the very well deserving winner Portugal.
Having said all this, I don't actually regret watching the Eurovision especially having discovered Onuka this amazing Ukrainian band who performed with an Orchestra Naoni. The combustion of different sounds from that stage was just breath taking to a point where I really hope they'll be touring the U.K soon.

I love music and it would be wrong for me if I don't do an April's favourites. All genres are completely different however I like each song for different reasons, e.g when I'm driving, working out, journaling and getting into a party mode! Here are my top 5 favourites for April 2017. I've also included the links if you want to purchase the song on iTunes.
Let me know what your current favourites are?
