Covid19 has got the best of us all, no one ever so it coming and here we are, all flight trips we had looked forward to cancelled, some of you may be stuck at home feeling anxious especially with the unknown that it all comes with. If you are feeling anxious during the lockdown here are some tips to help you....

If you feel trapped in the house, I have found jogging always helps, perhaps find the best time to do it early morning to avoid people and follow the social distancing guidelines. Exercising is good for you as it releases endorphins. If you want to learn more about endorphins click on here.
Another thing that I find helpful with anxiety is being in touch with mother nature. It is important to get you sunlight and fresh air, we'll get to the water part. Take some time out to go outside and appreciate the green around, even better if the sun is out you'll also get your dose of Vitamin D - learn more about Vitamin D by following this link.
Make sure you eat healthy and drink plenty of water to release toxins out of your body. When you eat healthy, you feel lighter and more energetic, but when you constantly eat unhealthy this will also have an impact on your mood and make you feel sluggish and helpless.
